Raw Material

Composite material known as pre-preg (composite fibers that have been pre-impregnated with resins) is received on rolls approximately 36-39” in length and 12” in diameter. The incoming materials have various modulus (strength) ratings due to the requirements of each individual shaft design. The pre-preg material is sent through a cutting machine where it is cut into sheets.
