Despite a scary final round, the Northeast Pennsylvania Classic Champion was able to hold on to his lead and finish with a 17-under 267. After nearly relinquishing a 7-stroke lead coming into the final round, the Champion, trusting Dynamic Gold in his irons, was able to settle in and end a 12-year dry spell to claim his second Nationwide Tour victory. Overall, True Temper iron shafts claimed 4 of the top 5 finishers this week. A bit farther up north, another close battle came down to the wire at the Bank of America Championship. At the Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, Mass., The reigning Champions Tour Rookie of the Year drained a spectacular 14-foot birdie putt on the second playoff hole to claim his first victory of the year. The Champion, armed with Dynamic Gold in his irons, finished with a 54-hole total of 204. Much like on the Nationwide Tour, Dynamic Gold was found in the irons of 4 of the top 5 finishers.
