Features

Spin

Spin is the amount of backspin that the ball has. The designs of certain golf shafts can promote more or less spin so keep this in mind when looking for a shaft to maximize your game.

Tempo

Tempo is not how fast you swing it, it is how you swing it fast. Tempo will affect how you load and unload the shaft and is a big factor in which shaft will best suit you. A player with a quicker backswing and more aggressive transition will have a faster tempo, while a player with a slower backswing and smoother transition will have a more deliberate tempo.

Trajectory

Trajectory is the flight of the ball and the peak height that the ball reaches. A player who struggles with getting the ball in the air should look towards a higher trajectory shaft, while a player who struggles hitting the ball too high should look for a lower trajectory shaft.

After a pauze of 20 years this is excellent

"Playing R300 in TA1’s till may ‘25. And switched in between sometimes with my 690. CB’s it was good to loose the Blades. Those tited me and lost the flow at the 14th hole. So we’re tiresome. So I thought let use the 690. cb. Nice less effort due to cavity backs. But still straining being S300’s. So got a set of AP2 714 with Regular X95 shaft. What a rubbish. So my son uses them with altered swingweights and grips. But today 30-09-26 I ordered these gold shafts in my current 690. cb in R300. So less weight. The cavities and less stiff. I feel sorry for my golf partners but will be going back hopefully to single digits."

Amazing

"Have these in my Callaway Ai200 irons. Great height and good spin. I recommend these for anyone with a slower swing. 80 - 90 mph iron swing."
