Ordering

1. How do I Cancel my Order?

All orders process very quickly to provide you with the best level of service, and therefore we most likely cannot cancel orders that are processing. You may reach out to Customer Service at Contact Us and we can provide you with further assistance on the status of your order.

2. Where do I enter a promotional or discount code?

Enter a promotional/discount code on the final Checkout page. Find the field called "Discount Code" and enter your code, then click "Apply Discount" before proceeding to checkout.

3. How can I pay for my order?

TrueTemper.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), PayPal, Klarna or eGift Card.

4. Can I purchase/pay with a gift card?

TrueTemper.com accepts Gift Cards issued online. Gift Card amount can be applied as payment in Checkout.

5. What if I find a lower price after I have purchased from your site?

You can buy with confidence from True Temper. If an item you have purchased from TrueTemper.com goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, True Temper will refund the difference. Price Protection Policy only applies to products sold by True Temper. True Temper reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.

Shipping

1. When will my order ship?

We do our very best to process your order as fast as possible between Monday-Friday. Any orders received after 12:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day. If you requested Ground shipping, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 12pm CST will ship the same day.

US Ground UPS (4-6 business days)
US Expedited UPS (3-4 business days)
US Express Overnight UPS (1-2 business days, depending on region)

2. How will my order be shipped?

TrueTemper.com orders will ship via FedEx to USA & Canada destinations.

3. Can I ship to an international address?

TrueTemper.com can only ship orders to the United States & Canada

4. What is the cutoff time for Expedited or Express delivery?

If you requested Ground shipping, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 12pm CST will ship the same day. All shipping estimates provided are business days, please allow additional time for shipping over weekends.

5. What is the shipping and handling cost for my order?

Ground, Expedited and Express shipping fees to the US & Canada will be displayed in your Shopping Cart.

6. How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will provide a link to track your order. In addition, you may login to Your Account and view your Order tracking information.

7. Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

No, unfortunately True Temper cannot ship to APO/FPO address.

Returns

1. What is True Temper's return policy?

True Temper offers returns on most items purchased on our site within 30 days of receipt of order shipment.

Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned.

Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to TrueTemper.com:

  • Returned items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (includes box, wrapping or plastic poly bag).
  • Clothing items must be unworn and still in new condition with all tags and packaging.
  • No receipt is necessary to process your return, but your order number needs to referenced on original or re-printed packing slip.
  • The online return form will ask for your order number. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email, or by logging into your account.
2. Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges on TrueTemper.com. If you need a different item, please start a Return for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

3. Can I return a product that was a gift?

Yes. However, please be advised that if the return is accepted, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment. If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, you will need to contact the dealer to facilitate your return. If your product was purchased directly on TrueTemper.com, you can return it as long as it meets our return guidelines.

4. Can I return a product to TrueTemper.com that was purchased from an authorized dealer?

We are only able to process e-commerce returns for products that were purchased on TrueTemper.com. If you purchased a product from an authorized dealer, please inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

5. How do I start return for a product that was purchased on TrueTemper.com?

6. Can I return a product that was purchased from a True Temper Dealer or Retail Store?

Unfortunately we are only able to process returns for products purchased directly on Truetemper.com. If you purchased a True Temper product elsewhere from an authorized dealer or retail store, please inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

7. How do I return a product paid for using Klarna as my payment method?

As soon as your return is received, we will issue a refund and any Klarna payments already made will be refunded to your original payment method and your remaining payments for that purchase will be canceled. After Truetemper.com issues a refund, it takes Klarna around 5-7 business days to process and post your refund to your original payment method.

Returns and refunds of orders placed using Klarna are subject to our our return and exchange policy. To return your item(s), use our return shipping label.
