Spin is the amount of backspin that the ball has. The designs of certain golf shafts can promote more or less spin so keep this in mind when looking for a shaft to maximize your game.
Tempo is not how fast you swing it, it is how you swing it fast. Tempo will affect how you load and unload the shaft and is a big factor in which shaft will best suit you. A player with a quicker backswing and more aggressive transition will have a faster tempo, while a player with a slower backswing and smoother transition will have a more deliberate tempo.
Trajectory is the flight of the ball and the peak height that the ball reaches. A player who struggles with getting the ball in the air should look towards a higher trajectory shaft, while a player who struggles hitting the ball too high should look for a lower trajectory shaft.

"I Personally love this shaft I use this in all of my fairway woods. With this shaft I saw a sudden shift of spin rate as my driver used to average about 3200 rpm now it only produces 2400 rpms. I would 100% recommend this shaft for somebody who wants to lower spin rate with a fast or fast tem pof a swing."
"I trashed a Gen 4 70 TX or rather my Bro Kalani did with a 374yd bomb. I liked the feel and learning how to hit drives consistently. Was finding out about what low torque does. When I finally got into a Gen 5 80 6. 5 @ 2. 8 torque was really happy when some longer drives showed up. Became sure the research folks have gotten onto something better than the Gen 4. My good friend Izzy found it to be a new nuclear option. Several drives into the 300+ range with one at 350yds. For myself I have had the good fortune to send a few into the 300-310yd range.
